  • Availability of titles, whether obscure or restored;
  • The advent of MOD, eliminating need for inventory;

  • Availability and promotion of Ben as an accompanist
  • Learned how to author discs; how to work out deals with film sources, most notably the Library of Congress; how to create earned publicity in lieu of paid advertising
